Although the variety of items are limited, the breakfast was very tasty and the coffee excellent. However, my room was dirty: the humidifier/air cleaner warning light was on, and I had to clean the filter with my toothbrush; there were long hairs on the coffee mugs, caked dirt behind the TV and lady’s hair bands on the floor.

It's an actual hotel - in the sense that there is a good amount of space to walk into, place your luggage and shopping, without feeling you've to hop over everything each time - which is common in other 'hotels' which are more like short stay single business man stays. Rooms are also all non-smoking which makes a massive difference Location is barely 5 minutes to Tanukikoji 7 - there are a total of 7 "roads". There is an Aeon Mybasket - a much cheaper alternative to the other 3 common konbinis, barely 5 mins away. If you're a tourist, this is an excellent place to stay

Amazing place for how much it costs! Some things could be «cleaner» in the Beth room, but overall it’s really tidy and nice. Beds are suuuuper comfy! Sadly no Netflix on the TV

Very nice place and they take care of your comfort and literally provide everything you need for the day. They staff is nice and helpful. I am only deducting a star because they didn't have a Halal breakfast option and I left a package in the fridge and inquired twice but they could not find it. The hotel is good for the price and it's very clean and well managed. Definitely recommending it but please don't leave anything.
