There are many menu items. I was quite confused. It was very crowded at noon on a holiday, but the restaurant served ramen very quickly and had a good turnover. The Taiwanese ramen tasted completely different from the one I had in Nagoya, more like spicy soy sauce, and the grilled green onion ramen was also delicious. There are table seats inside the store and a raised counter, and there is a parking lot in front of the store and the vacant lot next to it, so I was able to park with plenty of space.

I went to eat an original miso ramen made with sake lees from an alcoholic beverage called Nanae no Goho. I was surprised at how extensive the menu was. There are various types of ramen that look delicious, but here we have sake lees miso ramen. I like sake lees. It goes well with miso and is full of koji, which seems to be good for the body. It's thick and thick. The flavor was so mild and deep that I drank the juice all the way down. Both the noodles and chashu were delicious. I want to eat it again.

I recommend Baka Tonkotsu. The thick and rich tonkotsu soup is so delicious that it mixes well with the noodles. The Musashi miso is also char siu guinea, and the noodles are of the highest quality. The taste, aroma, and texture of these noodles are so delicious! That's what I'm saying. Because the noodles are thin, they easily get tangled in the soup, making them a perfect match. Overall, most of the soups are rich, but sometimes there are dishes that taste really good but are really salty, and even after drinking water from about half way through, my throat feels so salty that I can't finish the whole thing. (Maybe more soy sauce-based) If you like strong flavors, it might be okay. However, if you don't fall into that category, it's delicious, so you'll want to try it.

I've tried many different menu items, and they always come out delicious. We also change the type of noodles depending on the soup, and how many types of soup do you have available as a basic base? If I had to say, the downside is that the location of the store is difficult to get to.
