Shortlisted this little shop before our Japan trip, don’t have much expectations but was wow by the simplicity of fried bread with generous amount of fillings! Greatly recommend everyone to try this out if it is not too out of the way for you - we initially only bought 2 but end up going back for 3 more because it’s really that good! Stand out flavours worth trying are the curry, egg salad and apple pie. We got greedy and added the seasonal spicy curry, and felt that it was way too spicy to enjoy the flavours so do take note if you can’t take spicy food. They do not have seats or tables available but you can just cross over to the small park to enjoy the breads.

This place has gone viral on social media but it was worth the wait! The wonderful staff even provided us UV umbrellas while we waiting in the sun across the road. I ordered the Jam Strawberry and it was delicious! Recommended !

OMG, this is one of the best or not the best toast I have ever had in Japan! There was a long line outside, but in the end, the wait was worth it! Also be aware that that this only for take aways.The crunch of the bread was amazing and the whip cream was very good! The hot ones were brilliant as well ! Most of the item cost ¥450! Make sure to buy 4 as you can get a free box. If you are lucky, you can eat at the park that's located next to the store. Staff was also super friendly and service were quick. Will definitely come again and try the other menus!

- If you review you get free whipped cream sandwich that’s why they got very high rating 😂- ✅ Weekday 2pm, still 40 mins wait and honestly, it’s very disappointing. ✅Service: Two people cut in the line at the store although other people are queueing under the sun on another side of the road. The staff did not pay attention to the queue and just walk around distributing flyers. ✅Normal fried sandwich. I mean the filling is not that bad but the one i ordered has too much mayo and sauce that it got greasy. It looks nothing like the promotional photo 😂😅. I ate at the park and go back to throw the trash at the shop. 🌧️I don’t think it’s worth the long wait. I’d rather go to some other places for better sandwich

Tourist trap. The staff gives you a leaflet to post a review on Google and you get a free cream sandwich for that. You need to do it before you order, before you tried the food so lots of reviews are completely fake. Honest review: the wait times are very long 1-2hours. You can “pre order” but minimum 2 hrs in advance. And only sets of 4, not individual sandwiches. We paid 3600¥ + 400¥ (booking fee) for 8 sandwiches which is very overpriced. They taste okay… some were better, some worse. They’re deep fried but the amount of oil is very high. In some sandwiches you can actually taste the oil more than the filling. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
