One of the best 5 stars we stayed at. The service was there. Lots of help and hospitality right when you enter. Exactly what you expect from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was amazing and the service was there. Location was also perfect. Honestly we felt like celebrities by the staff and how caring and dedicated they were to making sure we were comfortable and happy. Only thing I would like to see in the future is having food options past 12am. Me and my wife were jet lagged and starving middle of the night and there were only options from the minibar which wasn’t much. But that doesn’t matter much in my view of rating 5 star hotels. I would definitely come back next time we’re in Tokyo. Front desk was also very accommodating for a further later checkout on top of the already late checkout I receive from capital one. Great hotel great staff.

This hotel is truly exceptional, offering a serene and calming atmosphere. Every detail has been considered. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, making us feel very welcome. Our room was spacious, equipped with everything we needed, including pajamas. We appreciated receiving a newspaper or the Japan Times each morning. The hotel facilities are outstanding, with a relaxing pool and a gym where you can even get personal training or see a physiotherapist. While breakfast offers a large variety, the options are the same each day, though the food quality is good. The rooftop bar is a must-visit. The hotel's central location is convenient, being close to the metro station and with taxi service available right at the front. Additionally, there's a museum on-site for those interested in the hotel's history.

Loved our stay in the Okura Tokyo Heritage Wing To be clear - you will not be in the main hotel if you stay in one of the heritage rooms. You’ll need to walk to next door to enjoy breakfast and insane other amenities but the rooms are so luxurious IT IS WORTH IT. The sauna/steam room in the shower was glorious after a long day walking. The view was stunning (as were the black out curtains) Very short distance to great metro stops that get you everywhere. The sidewalks are beautiful and so clean and safe. The cab to Tsukiji market is short so if you want to go early in the morning it’s easy! Definitely get the breakfast. It’s fabulous. So many choices. All well executed. Japanese, American and European selections! It was a splurge but we loved it! I just wish I’d take a photo of the room

this was our last stop on our Japan trip and it was amazing! the interior design, the staff and amenities are top notch. The breakfast menu was plentiful and delicious. The restaurants/bars and inside the hotel are delicious. The spa is impressive and impeccable. The Tokyo Metro is easily accessible. Plus, the Toranomon Hills complex across the street has plenty to offer.

Well worth it, especially having the Club deal. The facilities like the pool, sauna and spa are first class. The evening views from the Club lounge are superb. And the staff were so friendly and happy to help in any way.
