The strength of Nagahama Ramen standing in the fiercely competitive ramen district

A Nagahama Ramen store, highly regarded even in Tokyo, stands quietly. Despite being away from the home of Hakata ramen, its flavor remains strong, demonstrating its reliable strength in the fiercely competitive ramen world of the capital city.

The clear white tonkotsu soup is the highlight

Proud of the white tonkotsu soup that doesn't lose to the original in Nagahama, Fukuoka. While condensing the umami with its unique method, it suppresses any peculiar taste or odor, and is characterized by its elegant taste. Even those in the Kanto region can casually enjoy its depth.

Simple yet deep

Not only the soup, but the noodles and ingredients are kept at a reasonable price range while adhering to the principle of simplicity is the best. The slender straight noodles, crumbly chashu, raw garlic, and other toppings are solid, and it's the hidden depth within them that may be the reason for its popularity.

Enjoy customizing to your liking

In addition to choosing the level of spiciness and seasoning, there is also a system for extra noodle servings, so it's also enjoyable to find your own seasoning. Pickled greens and red pickled ginger are also available, so ramen enthusiasts are sure to be satisfied.

There's nothing particularly novel, but the reliable taste and dedication permeate Nagahama Ramen. It's a quietly popular store that holds its ground in the fiercely competitive district of the capital city.

Nice traditional ramen from Kyushu Fukuoka area. Taste is based on pork born and soup is white. Additional noodle is also recommended. You can request hardness of boiling noodle as you prefered.

I casually walked in. It's a type of ramen restaurant that looks like a chain restaurant, but also has a variety of Hakata ramen, such as miso ramen. When I evaluate it as a style of tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka Prefecture, it seems a little strange. However, it's great that the mustard greens (be careful not to add too much so you don't ruin the flavor of the ramen as it has a lot of chili pepper in it) is free. The soup is pure white, Nagahama style, with no bitterness. It may not be enough for people who like sticky oil and pork bone smell. The noodles are the usual Hakata-style thin straight noodles. This is fine, but personally I'm not satisfied with the lack of pork bone smell. However, 50 yen for a boiled egg is a great deal, so be sure to add boiled egg as a topping.

This will be my first time entering the store. I had the Hakata black char siu noodles. Although the soup is well emulsified, it has no odor and tastes light. The noodles are thin and straight, and the default is a little softer. The chashu is a little thick and chewy, giving it the texture of konomi, but I think it would be better if it had a stronger flavor. I think the black maryuzu had a good garlic scent and fragrance. I asked for a spare bowl of burikata, and it was fairly firm, but it didn't feel like it had the firmest bite. However, the amount of noodles seems to be a lot for Hakata ramen! If anything, I'm a fan of spicy pork bones (lol), so this ramen was too elegant for me. I think this ramen is perfect for those who are interested in pork bones but don't like the smell.

Came in for the first time for lunch. Hakata pork bone ramen. You can choose from regular Hakata tonkotsu ramen, miso, burnt garlic, and red (spicy). Even though it's normal, the taste is quite strong. Although it is tonkotsu ramen, it does not have the characteristic smell of authentic tonkotsu ramen, so even people from the Kanto area can eat it with confidence. It is OK to purchase spare tickets in advance or purchase them at the last minute for 100 yen in cash. Even if you don't think the soup has enough punch, there are raw garlic, pepper, pickled ginger, and spicy mustard greens available at the counter and tables, so you can change the flavor to your liking. The noodles are thin and you can choose from Konaotoshi, Harigane, Barikata, Katame, and regular. access 5 minutes walk from Fuchu Station on the Keio Line in the direction of Okunitama Shrine.

Why not do it... Let's do it...Ramen. We agreed on this, so I went with my friend. Light pork bone ramen. The arrangement was simple, but maybe they forgot to put something on it? It's so wonderful that I thought about it. There are mustard greens, sesame seeds, and garlic as offerings. Thank you.
