A quiet park for adults with no play equipment. The park was named after Tokugawa Ieyasu, who took a short break and prayed for victory at Masumida Shrine. 🚾 is big, magnificent and beautiful,

I went there for the first time since there seems to be an event held in the shopping district once a month. The event wasn't that exciting, but there were about 10 food trucks in the adjacent park, and I think this was the place with the most people. There weren't many tables and we ate on a nearby bench, but the sun was strong and there were a lot of bees in the plants behind us, so it was dangerous lol. I think it was best to buy it here and eat it in a corner of the shopping district.

Aoi Park in Ichinomiya City, Aichi Prefecture. During the Battle of Sekigahara in 1600 (5th year of Keicho era) and during the Osaka Winter Siege in 1614 (19th year of Keicho era), Tokugawa Ieyasu stopped by the residence of Saburi Gorobei Kiyomasa and prayed for victory at Owari Ichinomiya Masumida Shrine. It is a place with a long history. It was named Aoi Park because it is a place related to Tokugawa Ieyasu. It is a beautifully maintained park located between Ichinomiya City Hall and Honmachi Shopping District. There are public toilets.
