Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The lounge service is excellent, and the buffet offers a decent variety of tasty options. The breathtaking lake view made the experience even more special. Overall, a great experience!

The room we stayed in has the an amazing view of Lake Toya, it is spacious and very clean. Food is fantastic, must try their Japanese Kaiseki and French Kaiseki. Their service staff are friendly and helpful. They have a roof top onsen which overlook the lake.

Such a lovely hotel right on the lake. The buffet dining for both breakfast and dinner was amazing, 5 stars. Fantastic floor to ceiling views from our room, the onsen and the lobby. Very friendly staff. Loved the option to book the private onsen. Booked directly through the hotel website, very responsive via email. Would love to return.

The service, facilities and views of this hotel is the epitome of luxury. This hotel by far exceeded our expectations and is our most memorable stay during our 9 days in Hokkaido for our honeymoon. Staff greeted us warmly and made us feel at home the moment we drove up and offered to park our car and take up the luggage to our room. We were then whisked to the club room for check in and offered a welcome drink and snack. Flowers and card were placed in our room to celebrate our marriage. Room was spacious, divided between a lounge room and bedroom. Views of the lake and Mt Yotei was excellent from our bedroom and indoor onsen. Nightly fireworks were also a big plus. We also had a pleasant surprise at dinner as a staff offered to capture a picture of us a souvenir, the photo was subsequently printed out and framed and sent to our room for us to take home as part of a memory. This experience truly offered us a taste of Japanese hospitality at its finest and we will definitely be returning in the future. A huge thank you to the entire staff at this hotel for this memorable trip.

I really think the selling point of this hotel is the view of Lake Toya from the lobby. This is an older property that has be renovated. The rooms are spacious but really still needs more updating to be more modern, the chairs in the room are very dated. The buffet for dinner and breakfast are great, and make sure you get a table next to the huge windows in the morning to enjoy the view! The onsens on the top floor were nice, especially the outdoor one to see the Yotei Mountain. I felt like the room rate was a little bit expensive and there's nothing to do in the area, but otherwise, this is a great choice to stay at for Lake Toya.
