A historical site in Teine. It's like a big park. There are factories around. The grounds are quite large, including areas such as parks. Quite close to the sea.

It was briefly introduced on YouTube's "Weird Animals Channel." This is a historical record of the locust plague that has recently occurred in Hokkaido, which has been occurring in areas from the Middle East to India. The park is closed during the winter and closes at 5pm. Locusts are originally locusts, but the locusts in the Middle East are the desert locust, and the locusts in Hokkaido are the tonosama locust. In addition to grasshopper mounds, this is a place where you can see many wild birds.

It's a personal secret spot. It's kind of relaxing. It was supposed to be a hidden gem, but for some reason, since the coronavirus pandemic, I've been seeing a lot of cars in the parking lot. I look at the blue sky and think that since I have a car, I should go somewhere else. Bird watchers can also be seen.

I went to pick mugworts. Other grasses haven't grown yet, so I was able to pick up a lot of mugwort (*^^*) It's a pleasant place where you can hear the birds singing loudly. Parking available

When I came here a long time ago, there was only a grasshopper mound monument standing in the middle of nowhere, but I was surprised at how well maintained it was.
