A long-established sushi restaurant filled with the flavors of Yamanashi

Tsukasazushi quietly stands in the center of Kofu City, Yamanashi Prefecture, as a well-established local sushi restaurant. With over half a century of tradition and achievements since its founding, it has captivated numerous sushi fans from both inside and outside the prefecture with its exquisite sushi made from fresh local ingredients.

Exquisite taste that utilizes the blessings of Yamanashi

The signature menus of Tsukasazushi include luxurious nigiri and temaki sushi made from fresh local seafood from Yamanashi Prefecture. The taste created by the reliable skills and experience of the chefs, combined with the seasonal ingredients, is exquisite, and the richness of the ingredients spreads throughout the mouth with each bite.

In addition to the fresh ingredients sourced from a wide range of local production areas within the prefecture, there is a wide selection of unique items that make the most of the local ingredients such as wasabi from Yamanashi and ginger from Kanra-cho.

The dignity of a long-established restaurant with a wide range of izakaya menu

In addition to sushi, a wide range of izakaya menu is also available. Guests can fully enjoy fresh seafood and meat dishes unique to Yamanashi, along with local sake and shochu. Particularly, the combination of Yamanashi fruit tomato and sea urchin from Awaji is considered to be first-rate, offering a luxurious taste experience.

The restaurant has a calm atmosphere with an old-fashioned feel, and there are counter seats where guests can enjoy the skills of sushi chefs up close. It also accommodates banquets and provides private rooms for guests. The dignity of entertaining guests regardless of age, with a touch of humor and attentive service, is a charm unique to a long-established restaurant. Please enjoy the beloved flavors and atmosphere of the local area.

2024/4/5 A large sushi restaurant in the city center that is open for banquets. Visited this time for a welcome party. We were seated at a table in a tatami room, and the food was just average banquet food. I think it includes all-you-can-drink and after-party membership fees, but ¥7,000 seems expensive. I don't think the sushi or creatures were particularly delicious, and if I were to ask if I would personally visit there, I don't think I would. The parking lot seems to be affiliated with a nearby coin parking lot, so if you show your ticket at the counter, you can get cash back, or rather, it's free.

Alimas near Ginza Street, Kofu City Ginza Street is a shuttered street so it's boring, but it's one street south. A long-established sushi restaurant There isn't much on the menu, but it's very reasonably priced for a quick drink and some sushi.

I went to eat during Obon. The staff at the store said that they didn't have much to eat because of the typhoon and the market's Obon holiday. We had delicious sashimi, small side dishes, fried foods, and sushi that didn't make us feel anxious. I would like to have it at the counter next time when I have plenty of toppings 😋 We had an assortment of 5 sashimi, thin white fish, tempura, and nigiri.

It's getting late, but "Jisaku Sushi"! A large serving costs 1,200 yen, and the cost performance is good! The white fish, balls, and squid were delicious! … I'll probably go at night next time.
