Clean: Tidy and clean
Price: reasonable pricing
Taste: Best lobster ramen in town. We ordered the combo that go with risotto at the end , plus cheese on top. Also serving with an enter before ramen come. The broth is rich and creamy, is excellent making. No doubt
Atmosphere: friendly and lovely chef. Amazing experience here.
Been there twice in our 6 days Tokyo trip
The ambiance inside is superb.
Must go when you pay visit Tokyo.

Queued for more than 1 hr on Sunday during lunch hour (from around 12:00). This ramen is a fusion one of Japanese x French flavour, so you can expect the lobster soup to be in typical French flavour. We ordered one whole lobster ramen & one lobster soup ramen. Overall it worth the queue but seems there could be better time to come again to avoid the queue.

A must when in Tokyo. Strong, totally sublime flavors in the soup, you’d think it cannot be improved upon. But lo, eat it as is, then add a little shrimp chili oil, taste again, then add curry powder - taste again, then stir in the sour cream from the baguette and you’ve had 4 different beautifully delicious soups!
Start with adding a little to a small portion, then continue adding as you like it. As a dip for the baguette slice, it was also perfect. I can even make a meal of just soup and baguette. That soup is just so full of flavor.
Don’t refuse the apron they will offer you when you sit down, you’ll absolutely need to slurp the noodles, I couldn’t stop myself🫣
The glutton that I am, I also ordered the risotto knowing that I’ll not have a chance to return. Of course, I couldn’t finish the risotto because I’d ordered the deluxe option with 3 slices of very tender pork slices (in this case differing from the customary chashu served elsewhere because it tasted like parma ham), 3 slices chicken, seasoned egg and 2 pieces ravioli to die for (1 truffle & 1 shrimp) on top of ramen of just the right slightly chewy texture. There is no lobster meat in the ramen unless you order the whole lobster but the soup is undoubtedly made from lobster stock!
I wondered what the cream soup would taste like but that’s for another visit.
I arrived at 2:20pm and was #4 in the queue thinking that by this time, the lunch crowd should be done or almost done. The place is small, seats about 10 but it was only about a 10minute wait and well worth it. The staff and chef all spoke excellent English and at every step you’ll be guided on how best to eat your order. The chef also described the use of the 3 spices on the table in perfect English. Curry powder, shrimp chili oil and black pepper.
