Very convenient location, 1 metro stop from JR station and a few minutes walk to susukino area. Plenty of food and entertainment near by. The room is efficient and clean. The public bath in the hotel is very comfortable too.

Rooms are very spacious (22m3) . Japanese standard that’s big. Finally able to open 2 large suitcases at the same time. The room and shower are clean. Believe me I have seen worse. Shower is amazing , as most Japanese showers. The hotel is centre close to anything at Sapporo city center just 2 minutes walk. Parking is easy access via the back although it can be difficult to go in and out but possible. ( parking elevator ). One minus was the emotionless reception but they were helpful . Overall great hotel to stay if you looking for big clean rooms with great parking at the back, close to any centre places.

Situated in the heart of sapporo, la'gent is a perfect place to stay for a night or two to discover the area. Good room size and comfy bed, plus, if you drive a car you can park it downstairs at 1800yen/ 24hrs.

Rooms spacious and well kept, with coffee machine in room. TV is unfortunately not the smart type, with limited channels. Basic amenities provided. They gave us a good view with the ferris wheel which I am thankful for. Public bath was quite a let down - no towels provided, no cold plunge pool, no sauna, and only three counters despite the number of guests that frequent the hotel. Sadly, not the value i was hoping for.

Superb hotel and great value. Friendly and helpful staff. Perfect rooms with all the facilities you need. The onsen (on floor 3) is beautifully decorated. Exceeded expectations.
