The rooms are spacious and clean. The hot water in the shower room comes out separately, allowing you to enjoy the retro atmosphere. However, the curtains have a slight smell, and the walls are a bit thin, so you may hear noise from the neighboring rooms.

One of the advantages is the breakfast. You can easily order a delicious Sapporo breakfast for 1,000 yen. Although the variety is small, it is very delicious. It would be even more perfect if there were porridge or pickled fish, but the quality of service makes up for it.

Pleasantly surprised for a 3 star hotel! We drove so parking was accessible, just right beside the hotel for 1,000 yen for overnight parking. Rooms were pretty small but standard size so we’re happy as long as our luggages could open / lie flat! Although we could hear the next door neighbours talking, it was muffled but didn’t matter much to us. Walkable distance to the shopping area as well! Welcome drinks available at lobby / restaurant area. Wide selection of drinks there! For the price point, this hotel is rly rly good! Highly recommended especially for those who plans to drive and explore Sapporo! Laundry services are also available and they only do room cleaning on the 3rd day which was great for us! Overall love it 🥰 service was great too! Thank you!

This is a great hotel. The location isn’t too bad, the closest stations are Nishi Juitchome and Susukino stations, which both have good access to the larger stations in the city. The staff here are very kind and helpful, and they do speak a bit of English, as well as the documentation they hand out also has English. Every day you can get a free soft drink (soda, juice, coffee, tea, etc.) when you check in. Which while small, is a nice little touch.

As a relatively low-cost option the Hotel Raffinato had everything we needed. Check in was easy and efficient. Our room was small, but was fine for a one-night stay and the beds were comfortable enough. It was really well located for the ice festival. Finally, we enjoyed the buffet breakfast with it's mix of Western and Japanese breakfast items - it was definitely more than enough to fuel up for the morning!
