Service and staff were quite nice. Room seemed fine until I looked under the bed on my last night there. I recommend you do this on check in at a hotel! What I saw was gross.

2021/12/29 ( Tuesday) ( 22:30) Very convenient. The car 🚗 parking is very near and just 1 min walk from hotel 🏨 it costs ¥1600 for 24 hours . Staff was very nice and polite . The check in process is very convenient and staff can help you with that . The amenities service is the most attractive point they have amenities area in lobby what you want you can take it in your room . They even have ladies razor 🪒 and I got shocked . They even have coffee ☕️ service in lobby area for free as much as you want . The hotel 🏨 is 10 floor we requested them to upgrade our room and they did it and I was so happy 😀 with this services . The room was clean but it is little old hotel so it may be stains in wall . The morning breakfast was free we stayed in hotel for one night it costs ¥4501 for 2 persons with breakfast. The breakfast buffet was limited items like bread 🍞, coffee ☕️, noodles 🍝, fish 🍤, sausage 🐖, chicken 🍗, cereal 🥣, salad 🥗, potatoes 🥔 salad , rice 🍚, curry 🍛, miso soup 🍲, milk 🥛 and juices 🥤and if you want to eat it there or want to take it at your room anything is ok 👌. Water is not provided that was the only thing I don’t like as water is the most important thing . Refrigerator , tv and kettle is available and in room and microwave is available in lobby . Cheap and best hotel 🏨 in Nagoya I guess . Bed 🛌 was very soft .

So let's get the only drawback out of the way first: the rooms are tiny. This should be but surprise to anyone as this is a Japanese business hotel in a pretty good location at a great price. Then again, in Japan even the nicer hotels are sometimes pretty tight fits, so you can't really be upset. Onto the positives: first and foremost is the complementary breakfast. Now be aware, this is not American style breakfast. Most days you can still get orange juice, a roll, some eggs and either sausage or bacon, and toast probably, but aside from that it is mostly Japanese staples. Hats off to whoever decided Curry for breakfast should be a thing, because I love it and they seem to have it most days, along with rice, miso soup, and fish. Complimentary wifi as well, and in my experience it was decent speed too. The beds were suprisingly big for the rooms they are in. Most importantly though, the hotel was clean and the staff was very good. Should I find myself needing to stay in central Nagoya again (or one of the other locations if I am traveling) this is definitely a place I will look for. TL;DR Pros: service, breakfast, wifi, bed size, price. Cons: room size.

The rooms are quite small and the reception did not speak English. Maestro is not accepted so it was quite tricky to pay. The breakfast is a bit poor, it mostly caters to Japanese businessmen. Maybe not the best place for foreign tourists. The receptionists were very polite and tried to help us a lot even without speaking English. We could leave our suitcases there before checking in, as check-in was strictly at 3 p.m. (we arrived 15 minutes before and we could not check in).
