Absolutely loved this hotel! The staff was very professional and kind, and also spoke English so it was very easy to communicate with them. Breakfast in the mornings was a really nice mix of Japanese and western breakfast options. Everything that I tried was delicious! The rooms could be a little bit bigger but they were clean and comfortable! The bath on the second floor is great but the vending machines might be the real star on that floor! Don't forget to check out the view from the roof!

This is a very nice and comfortable hotel. The rooms are small, but had everything we needed. The bed (including comforter and pillows) were extremely comfortable. The shower is lovely. We didn’t take advantage of any hotel amenities, just the room. The location could be better. It’s easily accessible by transit but you have to take the subway 20-30 minutes to get anywhere with food and shops.

Rooms are modern, clean, superb view on balcony, but a little small, can get tricky opening suitcases. The lights in the rooms are suboptimal for using the mirror. Shower and bathtub are separated from the toilet. Sink is in the bedroom. Location is really good and accessible via public transport. Grocery shop and restaurants nearby.

I gave this hotel a one-star rating on the room as they are very minimalistic and they do not take in consideration that you are traveling with luggage. There is nowhere to sit anywhere in the hotel as well in your room there's nowhere to put your suitcases or any of your belongings. Great place for overnight office traveling single person maximum two with no luggage. The rules for the lobby are pretty crazy if you want something to eat at their restaurant you need to book a reservation way in advance. And since your room has nowhere to eat in they do have a little banquet area upstairs but you are not allowed to bring any food to. So in other words you need to leave the hotel to eat anything. The bakery on the main floor is really nice. Great little place to grab a morning snack and a coffee as long as you get up after 8:00. The bar in this hotel is absolutely ridiculous for the size of the hotel it has probably a few hundred rooms and the bar seats six people. And good luck if you want to have a drink before 5:00 the hotel is located near the stadium in the Olympic district you are one subway stop away from making a connection so it's kind of inconvenient to catch the subway. Being an employee of Mitsui group, this hotel really makes me proud. My short stay was a memorable & pleasant experience. Some may say that the location is one minus point (far from amenities), and I can’t 100% disagree with them, yet, the environment is serene and good for healing & instant escape from Tokyo’s hectic routine.
