This place was pretty good. It was a little overpriced for the quality of the food. Even for Niseko standards. Just because you are connected to a nice hotel and at a ski resort doesn’t excuse your lack of quality cooking techniques. Not impressed. However that said the food was still really nice and the service was great. Don’t expect traditional Japanese cooking or flavors. Still better than all the overpriced hot pots

Rating highly purely for the outstanding ramen they do here. It's set underneath a hotel, so it's just got a typical modern restaurant feel. Clean, busy and reasonably spacious. Had their vegetarian ramen and the crispy eggplant bao. Both excellent. Service is a bit hit and miss, not always attentive when we needed more drinks to be ordered. Would've stayed longer if service was more on point. Still good though.

The vegan ramen was pretty good. The portion is generous, and not too spicy. It was hard to find vegetarian food in the Niseko area. The staff were very professional and friendly, and the venue is nice. The price is high but expected in a ski resort town.

Although this is a chain ramen shop, the yuzu infused broth is not to be missed. I had the tsukemen and it was great. Really loved their thicker ramen but looking over at my neighbors, the thin ramen looked good too! Decent value for hirafu (a place where you can pay a lot for mediocre food) and manageable line to get in. Stick to the ramen tho.. the gyoza was just ok (a bit mushy and over-sauced).

Good lunch break spot. Great ramen, bao buns need some work, poached gyoza was better than panfried. Staff was nice, service was great. Place is half full for lunch, if you want to try, visit during those times. Dinner seemed always packed, we stayed at Setsu and it seemed impossible to get a table. Overall, try at least once. Good job team. Atmosphere seems a bit mainstream, shopping mall ramen style.
