Although the facility is old, it is well-maintained and has a clean feel. The room is spacious and I like that I can go out with my room key after checking in. I made a reservation because it was close to a drinking party, and it looked like it would be a good place to stay. The nearest subway station is Takatake Station, but it's also conveniently close to Shin-eicho Station 🚇

Located a little far from both Sakae and Shinsakae. Therefore, it is a good environment with good convenience and quiet surroundings. The building itself is a little old, but it has been renovated and is comfortable. There is also an underground parking lot, although there is a fee. Unfortunately, I left early and did not eat breakfast, so I cannot comment. There were no particular problems, and I would have given it 4 stars if nothing had happened, but the front desk apparently had something to do with me and the phone in my room rang at 11:30 pm, so I deducted 2 stars. No matter what kind of business you have, common sense suggests that it's a good time not to make phone calls. I guess that was the only regret. Well, I look forward to the next time.
