I was in Yamanashi for a night and randomly stumbled into this restaurant because I couldn't get a table elsewhere. I'm so happy that I found this place - it was the best ramen that I had during my short trip to Japan, and the best shoyu ramen I've ever had. I will definitely come here again the next time I visit Yamanashi.

This is my first visit to the store. From the outside of the store, it looks a little suspicious, but σ(^_^;) I stopped by for the horse sashimi bowl. The menu also had seafood and a la carte dishes. There are many different types of ramen and hoto. I ordered the horse sashimi bowl and my companion ordered the seafood bowl. To order, you will be given an order form, which you can fill out yourself and take to the staff. There were two people working in the kitchen and serving customers, so it looked like it was going to be busy. The horse sashimi is smooth and soft, and the sauce is not strong and does not interfere with the taste of the horse sashimi. I'm happy to be able to eat horse sashimi at this price. Miso soup was included in the set. I don't know if it's always the case or if it changes daily, but this time it was the clam miso. This was also delicious. It was lunchtime on a weekday, but by the time I left, the restaurant was full. They seem to open from 11:30, so I think it would be a good idea to go early. I would like to try other menu items, so I will visit you again٩(*´︶`*)۶

I visited on a Saturday night around 8pm. It was until 21:00. Maybe one person in the kitchen? The hall seemed to be busy with two people running the hall, one aunty and the other. When I entered, there were about 3 groups of customers. Izakaya ramen shop! I think the ramen and bowl set are the main meals. It seems that horse sashimi is famous! I ate the mini offal stew bowl and it was delicious. The ramen tasted like local Chinese food! Beware of the mysterious “Noren” at the entrance where a bear appears (lol)
