AWESOME EXPERIENCE!!! SUPER FRIENDLY STAFFS!!! MUST VISIT RESTAURANT!!! I didn’t feel like I am in Japan. The staff speaks English and all are so nice and friendly! The food and drinks are so delicious!!! They let us stay even after the close time of 11 PM and they still served us. I recommend this place if you are looking for lots of delicious meat and drinks with a very lively atmosphere and friendly staff

Food was good, not very good, concept is good for larger round, as you don't need much time to decide what to eat. One thing really annoyed me; we had to pay in cash (at 5.000 ¥ pp) and were only told so at the end. It was pure luck we had so much cash with us.

As a Brazilian customer, I must say that my recent experience at this restaurant was quite disappointing. While the food was nice and up to my expectations, the service was just terrible. The waiters sounded not polite and were very unwelcoming. They kept us waiting with empty plates for an unacceptably long time, where we had to stand our hands to ask for service despite the fact that the restaurant was not particularly busy. It was quite frustrating to see them wandering around, apparently not caring about their customers' satisfaction. To make matters worse, when we finally got the attention of the waiters, they seemed very annoyed and uninterested in our needs. It was as if we were bothering them. This was my second visit to this restaurant, and unfortunately, it was a complete contrast to my first experience which was very nice. I was willing to give it another chance but this terrible service has completely put me off. I am sorry to say, but there will be no third visit to this restaurant for me. Overall, I would say that while the food was decent, the unwelcoming and rude service overshadowed the dining experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a pleasant dining experience.
