General Kawashima, who had been training at a restaurant, suffered from a serious illness and made a spectacular recovery. It is a very dramatic story that he opened a sushi restaurant three years ago, continued to research every day, and finally earned one star in the Nara Prefecture Michelin in 2022. The customer service is as expected, and the space is warm and comfortable. The sushi rice is cooked hard using red vinegar, salt, and cane sugar to give it a rich flavor, and is seasoned slightly sweetly to match the Kansai region. The fish is natural rather than farmed, the flavor is amplified by aging the fish for an appropriate period of time, and even in Nara Prefecture, where there are few sushi restaurants with counters, we are able to offer elaborate and authentic nigiri sushi. I am very happy. However, I was surprised that the nigiri started from the small skin, which is not familiar in the Kansai region. I can't help but feel that there is a high level of awareness in choosing Kohada, the flower of the Edomae era, as the top batter. While classic dishes such as tuna and sea urchin adorn the lineup, snacks such as miso cheese also evoke a sense of Nara. The sake selection is well-balanced with brands from all over the country, not just Nara, so people from both within and outside the prefecture can enjoy it. Yeah, it's only been 3 years. From here, I think we will continue to become the one and only sushi restaurant that represents Nara.

This is an authentic sushi restaurant located in Nara Prefecture. The owner is friendly and the atmosphere of the shop is great. The course costs 15,000 yen, but the cost performance is the best. As the seasons change, new items become available, so I like to visit the store at least once a season. I fell in love with the general's discernment. It was a real land tax.

This place has been to hundreds of Michelin restaurants... ..It was an amazing experience for me, who has experienced countless sushi restaurants. You should go there as if you were traveling for about an hour from Osaka. If you go, you will never regret it. Fresh ingredients, delicious food, friendly chef and staff 👍🏻 It's amazing. Something unthinkable happens in Korea. Eating alone at a Michelin 1-star restaurant... ..thank you… ..It’s the best, nothing to criticize!! It's the best (I don't say it's the best anywhere) The price is much cheaper than Korean high-end and they sell alcohol at a cheaper price... . Make a reservation in time and go 👍🏻

I got it at the counter. It was a shop that was kept clean in every corner. I could tell from the restaurant's atmosphere that the owner was particular about his food. Since it was a course, we will eat the food that is served. Enjoy your meal while receiving an explanation of the cuisine. Depending on the type of fish, it seems to be adjusted in the refrigerator until the flavor increases. Each item was served with care. The owner is very personable and I think this is a restaurant where you can relax and eat. Thank you very much for the meal ^ ^
