This is my absolute favorite Ramen shop. Their ramen is to die for. I've never had better fried rice and we adore the gyoza. It's definitely worth the drive to Saza to enjoy this.

Rich style ramen. There are a lot of green onions and wood ear mushrooms in the normal version. The place will be full at lunchtime. The type where you buy a meal ticket at the entrance. The inside of the store feels quite dark. There is a large parking space in front of the store.

The parking lot is quite large and easy to get into. My companion ordered regular ramen and I ordered wood ear mushroom ramen. First of all, you will be overwhelmed by the amount of wood ear mushrooms. I think the soup depends on your preference, but I felt it had a little less impact.

Visited on 2023/6/11. To order ramen and gyoza, purchase a meal ticket. and waited. You don't have to wait long to get the product provided. The ramen is Hakata style. Pickled ginger, grated garlic, Sprinkle with ground sesame and pepper I received. I feel that today's gyoza are salty. The salt was very effective. Ask your seatmate to eat one and then eat it.
