There is no one who can treat you properly. Is photography prohibited here? When asked (pointing to the opposite), there are people who say that they can take pictures, which doesn't make any sense, people who are at the reception desk but just stare at me silently when I enter the room, and people who seem to have boiled down all the bad things about being an otaku. Only people who have no resistance should go.

If anime is considered "culture" and a cultural asset that can serve as a tourism resource in Japan, then there is probably value in studying it at universities. The museum is smaller than I expected.

You need to leave your luggage before entering. Jump, magazines, etc. are on the second floor. There are past back issues of boys' magazines, and some doujinshi are also available for reading. The storage space can be borrowed after applying to the reception desk. It cannot be taken out. Copying services are also available for a fee.
